Well... this is it... my last post b4 i enter the army.

Stuff prepared... everything bought. Had one last late night outing with the Dogshit brotherhood. We talked about the old times, the good times and the bad times. Old memories from sec school came flooding back. Crazy days back then. I missed them. I miss soccer too. Getting a bit emotional here... haha

Had bible study in the afternoon with yilin... hope i didn't flop in the test...
Displayed my bald head for the first time in public!!!

For the first time i have to admit, i'm feeling a little scared. 20 days without going home. That's a new experience. What will it be like? Will i feel home sick? i'll definately miss my family and friends.

i'm back to blogging for now... been too lazy to blog.

i'm on leave today... slept till 11+. Felt really wierd not going to work on a weekday.
Hmmm... come to think about it, i'm so used to working at AIA that i think i'm really gonna miss the staff there. Anyway, i'll have to go back to work tomorrow for one last time just to make sure the new temp staff gets his job right. Shouldn't be a problem.
They hired a new admin staff. This really pretty young lady from indonesia, and i was like "why didn't u guys hire her a month earlier!!!" Haha!! She came for her first day of work yesterday and wow... she's really sweet looking. Fair, moist skin. Petite. Long hair. And she's a Christian!! But.. she has a boyfriend :_(
From a conversation with her, i found out that she attended a presbyterian church. The one beside YMCA where i have my bible class... what a small world!!

Right, enough about the young lady...
Enlistment date is in7 days... and i still haven't got a clue if everything's prepared. Apparently, my mum feels that i'm taking it too easy. Haha... gotta start making a checklist soon.
I think i'll get a haircut on sat... the botak one... no way am i going to let those bonker barbers from army destroy my scalp...
Better get my illnesses all cured before i go in. My ankle... hmm... looks fine to me.. so shouldn't be much of a problem.

And... oh... Just finish downloading Dodgeball. Haha!!! Kk.. so that's bout it.
Tomorrow, will say my goodbyes to the staff of AIA (sobz...). Really looking forward to friday service. It'll be 3 weeks before i can attend the next one.

My family made their first appearance at my church. Kinda weird seeing them there though. U know... it's like... er... whatever.

Mum and Aunt Constance had a very good impression of the church. They were saying how passionate the youths were. Haha...
Mum said Yilin does not look her age... thought she was a teenager. Wahahaha! It's a compliment k?
Mum said Sarah's so matured. Doesn't speak like her age. It's a compliment too. Hehehe...

Yeah... so... after stepping into the water, i've "died with sin"; after stepping out, i've been "reborn" to a new life to righteousness and God. Amen..

So... i'm in like such a good mood... that i can't get to sleep, even though i'm kinda tired. Anyway... England VS Austria's at 2.30am, think i'll catch that. Currently viewing WWE Summerslam. Randy Orten beat Chirs Beniot to become the youngest ever Champion in WWE history.

Just a couple of mins ago, i just chat up with a sec sch pal on msn. Not that there was anything wrong with both of us, i felt that i hadn't exactly been nice to him. So, i needed to like kinda get somethings out that had been couped up inside of me. Must be the Holy Spirit trying to tell me to get this matter off my mind. Yup. So, somehow i managed to type out some apology, kinda like telling him to put the past behind. Felt really good after that. He's pretty cool bout it... turned that he nv felt that i had rubbed him in the wrong way or something. Yup.... so a small matter flicked off my mind. Praise God.

Talked to sarah and egan bout this stuff on prehistoric men and dinosaurs.... and sarah showed me this chapter in the book of Job, chapter 41 -- bout this sea monster called Leviathan. The way it was described... scary... i pictured myself being stranded in the sea with it... argh!!! my hair still stands at the thought of it.

I've been reading this really good book that sarah lent me-- 'COURAGE'.
Great book, will share it when i've completed it. Think i gotta read it a second time to get the message right across my blurry brain.

The 2 Services i attended rock!!
Pst Ulf rox-- amazing presence of God when he preached. That hushed verse "may the angels go with u" brought about a gush of silence all around, and that very moment i felt the presence of the Holy Spirit fall upon me...oh... it felt great!! it just felt great!!! i believed everyone felt it. It juz brought a tear to my eye... I think i learnt new tongues! haha... rox...
Hillsongs United rox-- man... those cool dudes got me super fired up!!!
The Dudu Fisher concert rox--simply phenomenal... and to think i was prepared to give it a miss initially. Pst Sun's voice was simply amazing during the duet. As for the star of the night, Mr Dudu Fisher, he just took the audience breath away with that voice that would melt a thousand hearts. Totally drafted into an imaginery world when Mr Fisher belted out the song "HE". Felt the pain of losing a loved one through the song which he sang, which i believed he called "This Prayer". And when the final song of goodbye was sung, perhaps many would have felt like that they have known this man for ages. He just captured our hearts with that voice. A voice full of emotion and passion, so warm and comforting. Lost count of the number of standing ovations he received.

Right... as much as i like to continue.. i gotta stop.

Right... i just came back from the movies-- Alien vs Predator. Verdict?? IT"S CRAP!!!!!! CINEMATIC FOOD POISONING!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!! Haha... i'm acting like a movie critic that juz took a page from Simon Cowell. Anyway... it's a fact, and i my pals agreed too. To think the Strait Times even gave it 2 1/2 stars out of 5... should have been a 1 star. For those who haven't watched the movie, here's a spoiler-- Predator's a good guy!!! Can u believe it??? Sure... it's Alien vs Predator, so the natural logic that one has to be bad and the other good. I thought this logic was long outdated. And where was the gore? None.. Very few exciting moments too... and the sight of Predator running side by side with a human lady (think batman running beside batgirl), sent the whole cinema into a laughing frenzy!! And it wasn't even supposed to be funny! Gosh... i think i'm blabbering too much abt this movie.. haha.. but seriously, if u are a hardcore Predator fan, i suggest u give this movie a miss, coz it's really gonna spoil ur impression of the ultimate alien hunter.

Time now is 1.10am... if i don't get to bed soon, i'm gonna be dead tml. OOoooo and there's baptism class!!! Talking bout that, juz wanna say THANK U GOD!!! i feel so blessed this week... actually, nothing happened this week, which is a totally boring week. But thank God for making it boring. At least i know that i have not committed any mistakes in work. i've been so paranoid bout making mistakes ever since that voucher incident (shall not emphasize on that).

Ya... and kenneth had to remind me that my tummy was showing. Apparently, i haven't worked my stamina for 4 weeks. This sat, i don't think i'll be able to make my long overdued return to the soccer field yet. My ankle feels fine though, but the swell doesn't seem to subside. But, praise God that it doesn't hurt anymore.

Tml, there'll be this pastor from Sweden. Pastor Ulf. Actually, i haven't heard him preached, but from the reactions and commotion going around chruch, he's gotta be some pastor man. will be looking forward to his preaching.

Ok..... i'm finally back. Been soooo busy for the last few days. Yup... Anyway, i had my Graduation Day on Saturday. Had to wear formal. Took a few pics with my classmates who bothered to turn up... (thanks yilin for lending me ur cam!!!) So happy to see them!!! Especially the malay dudes!!! So yeah.. check them out! I'll be publishing them as soon as possible.

I've reflected on my previous few posts... and i think i'm beginning to sound so negative!! This is not good... Yupzz... so i shall post more positve posts.

Anyway, i attended my Grandpa's 80th birthday dinner last sat. Ended up missing the church service with my cellgroup, was a bit disappointed. But the dinner was great. There was a huge gathering of 7 tables. Saw my very pretty Aunt Wendy who sat at my table!! Haha!! Pity i didn't take a pic with her. And there was the whole gang of kiddo cousins. bout 10++ ??? Lost count... And there was the hunk of the family... Uncle Ah Liang! He's definately better looking than 5566 and Energy. Should seriously consider taking part in Star Search or something. Yeah.. it was a fantastic night! My dua gu aka Big Uncle, gave a speech for my grandpa in English and Teochew.. haha... but it was a touching speech.

It's been a long torturous day... but as the saying goes -- Even the longest day has to end. Yeah... practically dragged myself to work. The cough syrup must have had double drowsy booster. I was still suffering from the after effects during the first half a day. Well... i started the day by stuffing myself with 2 piping hot char siew bao, a hotdog bread and carrot cake. Feed the flu and starve the fever-- somebody told me that.

Right.... I'm back to blogging again. Formatted my com for the 5th time in 4 weeks!!! Problematic... if i hadn't spent 200 bucks on the new ram, i would have dumped that junk and bought a new one. Work.. as usual, was boring... and it doesn't help that i'm sick. Flu, cough, sore throat -- deadly combination, and a bloody swell on the ankle that refuses to subside... I miss soccer!!! I need to get back on the playing field!!! I haven't kicked a ball in 3 weeks!!! Argh!!! Miss my soccer friends too... haven't seen them for sometime. Gosh... the drowsiness is starting to sit in... i'm gonna blackout soon... must be the cough syrup. Damn! Liverpool's playing some Austrian club later in the morning, and there is no live telecast! Anyway, i think that they should sell Owen. He's starting to get on my nerves with his "I'm goin to sign the contract soon" saga. If he really loved the club, he would have put pen to paper months ago. Oh boy.. it's getting late and my bed beckons me... ZZZzzzzzzz
